Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Reports To: HR Manager
Position Overview:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing and overseeing various human resources initiatives and programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices and will work closely with HR management and other departments to support a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
