We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at HR Consultancies. As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
• A Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling phone calls, and emails.
• Need to source quality cvs
• Follow up on the interview schedules.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Their duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support.
• Additionally, they may assist in coordinating meetings and managing office documentation.
• Ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
