We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Support organizational change and drive initiatives to enhance company culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
