Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources? Join our team as an HR Specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations and employee engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Maintain HR records and data accuracy in HRIS and other systems.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
