Job Summary:

Texco FZE based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, a leading worldwide supplier operating in the industry of Automotive Aftermarket of spare parts for passenger cars and trucks, is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The company's brands are prominent and widely distributed internationally in Europe, CIS, Central Asia and other regions for more than 18 years. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews and selection processes.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Training and Development:

• Identify training needs.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
• Promote professional development opportunities.

3. Compliance and Policy Management:

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.

5. Health and Safety:

• Implement and monitor health and safety programs.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure workplace compliance.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.

6. Employee Engagement and Culture:

• Develop programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
• Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.

7. Organizational Development:

• Support organizational change and development efforts.
• Facilitate team-building activities and initiatives.

Qualifications strictly required:

Fluency in Russian

Proficiency in English

Proven work experience as an HR specialist/manager or relevant role for at least 3 years

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High school degree

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels

Qualifications appreciated as a plus:

Work experience in a company with developed HR management procedures

Salary:

Base salary. To be discussed with candidates with proven skills in the course of an interview

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
