HR (Human Resources) specialist at Biz Easy DMCC. This key role is in recruiting, screening, interviewing, processing, and training new hires. And They also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Sometimes they work as a HR consultant to our outsourcing HR services to several clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop, advise on, and implement the company policies.
Coordinate and administer employee programs, including benefits, compensation, and workplace safety.
Manage staffing logistics, including managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
Assist with employee relations issues such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications :
3-5 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
Detailed knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Degrees in Human Resources or related fields and HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) may be preferred.

Salary: Confirmed after interviewing
Term of the Contract: 2 years renewal
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday
Vacations: 2 days off per week. In accordance with UAE holidays to be announced as private sector. Paid annual leave will be got as per UAE labor law
