The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Candidates are preferred, reflecting our diverse and multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities :
• Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead the recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate disputes, and resolve workplace issues while promoting a positive company culture.
• HR Compliance : Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and manage contracts and payroll in accordance with legal requirements.
• Performance Management : Develop and manage performance review processes, assist with training and development programs, and offer support to management in improving team performance.
• Employee Engagement : Plan and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture, including events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Policy Development : Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and regulatory standards.
• Training & Development : Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee capabilities and overall team productivity.
• Diversity & Inclusion : Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all employees, regardless of nationality, feel valued and respected.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 years of HR experience in real estate industry is required
• Fluency in English is a must.
• MUST HAVE OWN UAE RESIDENT'S VISA
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
