1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources management
2. Project/Operations/Data related internship experience (HR related experience is not mandatory)
3. Interest in people, excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity, clear logic
4. Project management, data sensitivity and problem insight, work with closed-loop awareness, able to form solutions and drive completion of HR project work deliverables
5. English communication skills, acceptance of overseas work, open minded, tolerant, able to quickly integrate into a multicultural team
6.
