Bybit Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Coordinate probation review tracking and contract renewals. Assist in payroll coordination, ensuring accurate employee data for payroll processing. Organize and conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, handbooks, and welcome kits. Guide new employees on local labor laws, company policies, and benefits. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Oversee and coordinate the work visa application, renewal, and cancellation process for employees. Liaise with government agencies and external vendors to ensure timely processing. Keep track of visa expiration dates and ensure compliance with UAE immigration regulations. Handle Emirates ID, medical tests, labor contracts, and other official documents. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and compliance records. Support employee welfare initiatives, including engagement activities and wellness programs. Admin Responsibilities (Office Management) Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, pantry stock, and facility upkeep. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and security services. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing the reception area. Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements for employees and guests. Ensure compliance with company travel policies, securing cost-effective travel solutions. Support relocating employees with housing, visa processing, and local orientation. Arrange employee and executive meetings, events, and team gatherings. Provide hospitality support for visitors, clients, and senior management. Assist in coordinating team-building activities and office celebrations. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and PRO coordination. Experience handling employee lifecycle processes and office administration. Proficiency in HR systems. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
