CANDIDATES WITH REAL ESTATE HR AND RECRUITING EXPERIENCE ARE PREFERRED.

Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all new employees have the necessary paperwork and training.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes including managing the job openings on various platforms, screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and compliant with the company requirements and the industry standards.

Reaching out to passive candidates through networking, headhunting, and cold calling.

Browse resume databases and portfolio sites

Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates

Advertise open positions to external networks

Conducting background and reference checks

Manage the HR Department's phone and answer all queries efficiently

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position especially from the UAE

Understanding of UAE Labour laws and procedures

Proficient in MS Office applications

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Strong ethics and reliability

HR credentials form reliable companies is a plus

Photo in the resume is a must.
