We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist with UAE experience to manage our human resources needs and ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Manage visa processing, work permits, and other legal requirements.
• Handle payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices and resolve employee relations issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Experienced Male candidates residing within Abu Dhabi City will be given preference.

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
