REQUIREMENTS:
• Mutilingual is an advantage
• At least 2-3 years HR/ Admin work experienced
• Strong in English and Written Communication skills
• Graduated in a College or University with Major in Human Resources or Administrative or any equivalent course
• Strong Computer Literacy and knowledge with Microsoft Office Tools
• Strong knowledge with UAE Labor Law
• Strong knowledge skill and experienced with full cycle recruitment and visa applications
• Multitasker and ability to work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining employee records. Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge w/ Visa Application and Company license requirements
• Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
• Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies
• Implement training and development plans
• Plan performance review sessions
• Stay up to date and comply with changes in UAE Labor Law
