Responsibilities:
This role will work with Global process owners to develop and implement operating goals and objectives.
The role involves spearheading process improvement initiatives with the following key responsibilities:
Lead the inception and execution of process improvement projects for the most widely used and impactful HR processes (ex: onboarding, leave of absence, termination, etc.).
May develop agendas for and facilitate kaizen or other lean HR events.
Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource needs, and establish timelines for processes identified for improvement.
Serve as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
Acquire expertise in HR technology platforms, staying abreast of new tools and features, and championing the adoption of our suite of tools.
Regularly reviewing and auditing key HR processes that help to drive the employee experience to identify areas of opportunity
Collecting data from diverse sources and conducting thorough analysis to interpret and summarize the findings, recognizing trends and providing valuable insights for teams with queues within HRSD.
Identifying the root causes of operational challenges and potential areas for improvement.
Making recommendations to other HR groups within HR on how to improve key HR processes.
Coordinating and managing the implementation of changes within HR Service Delivery to enhance overall efficiency and employee experience. This may include assisting with user acceptance testing, acting as a change champion, helping to document project timelines and milestones, etc.
Identify cross-functional process enhancements and participate in collaborative efforts effectively
Capture and consolidate best practices and lessons learned to promote the application of similar process improvement opportunities
Ensure effective communication and training materials exist to support continuous improvement initiatives
Customer satisfaction on change initiatives will be measured and monitored
Build and execute change management & communication toolkit for processes changes
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in a human resources or business-related field.
6+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Continuous Improvement
LEAN, Six Sigma black-belt, or other quality management certification OR equivalent knowledge, skills, experience is essential
Good understanding of HR processes, policies and procedures Good understanding of HR/Payroll interfaces and how to handle pay related queries
Process mapping experience
Experience of working in a shared service environment would be advantageous
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrable track record of agile thinking and being adaptable
Scrum certification would be advantage
Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience in creating performance reporting frameworks
Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail
Excellent documentation skills
