Job opportunity - Vertiv is looking for a new HR Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates !

This role is responsible to carry out Recruitment, Performance Management, Attendance Management, Overtime Calculation and Payroll activities.
What kind of work will you be doing?
  • Recruitment: head hunting, CV screening, candidate screening, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters.
  • Monthly payroll calculation and processing.
  • Issuing official letters, offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs etc
  • In-charge of ATM card (C3) application (new/replacement) for new employees in shop floor.
  • Update Clocking from TMS/Clocking Report/Holiday Forms/Weekly Timesheets/Absence Info/Early Leave Forms/Overtime Sheets.
  • Creating and maintain employee hard files.
  • Payroll processing, OT calculation & OT Summary.
  • Handling daily payroll attendance.
  • Apply medical insurance for new joiners, deletion of leavers etc.
  • Liaise with insurance company for any issues employees face/re-imbursement etc.Adhere to PBGs QHSE policy.
  • General reception admin including handling multiline Automated Service Switchboard during the absence of Travel Coordinator.
  • Promote the use of recycled/one sided paper to reduce the consumption of paper.

What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?
  • Graduate in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in HR Specialist role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company dealing with both white collar and blue-collar employees.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proactive, and open-minded personality, ability, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level administrative and organizational skills.
  • Able to set priorities, accurate, communicative.
  • Result-oriented, dynamic.
