We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create targeted job descriptions and postings.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods: job boards, social media, networking events, referrals.
• Screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and guide hiring managers throughout the process.
• Negotiate competitive compensation packages and support onboarding.
• Maintain ATS records and provide recruitment updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years' recruitment experience; construction industry preferred.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
