We are seeking a skilled HR & Recruitment Manager with specialized experience in the aviation services industry, particularly within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role requires a seasoned professional who can effectively manage all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, and employee relations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, extensive recruitment experience in aviation, and a strategic approach to HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives and UAE labor regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records, manage payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and professional growth.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the aviation services industry, including flight operations, ground staff, engineers, and administrative roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with aviation training institutions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring recommendations based on organizational needs and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, define job descriptions, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Employee Engagement & Development:
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition schemes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and coordinate training and development activities to support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans as needed.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Skills and Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the aviation industry in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly within aviation services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
