Role Description:

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment Manager to join the Human Resources team based in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources located in Dubai.

The Human Resources recruitment manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection. She will be providing strategic guidance and support to the company's senior management team and play a key role in shaping the company's culture and values.

Key Accountabilities:

• Execute the recruitment activities, including the job posting, candidate searching, phone screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection and final offer.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring documentation and candidate data in (HRIS) and shared folders.
• Conduct a background/reference check to ensure a competent candidate's selection process.
• Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels, including job portals, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), the corporate website, and employee referral programs.
• Coordinate internal recruitment processes and support and guide employees and hiring managers.
• Act as a point of contact between candidates, new hires, employees, and management, providing excellent service and addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Assist Talent Manager in ongoing activities when and as required. Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Proven experience as an Sr. HR or Sr. Talent Acquisitions role, preferably in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment law, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively present ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Preferred from Banking Industry / Wealth Investment firm with minimum 1 -3 years' experience in UAE is Mandatory.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
