- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. xe2x80xa2 Screens applications (CV) and selects qualified candidates. xe2x80xa2 Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. xe2x80xa2 Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors. xe2x80xa2 Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. xe2x80xa2 Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. xe2x80xa2 Experience with sourcing techniques. xe2x80xa2 Understanding of referral programs. xe2x80xa2 Solid verbal and written communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting. xe2x80xa2 Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. xe2x80xa2 Dubai real estate experience as an HR is mandatory.
