Recruiter Role - Key Responsibilities

Must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in construction recruitment (white- & blue-collar).
Create technical recruitment documents for sourcing and analysis.
Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently.
Develop and implement a strong sourcing strategy to attract skilled candidates.
Coordinate with clients/teams to understand hiring needs.
Post job vacancies on online and offline platforms.
Research and apply effective recruitment models.
Conduct clear and structured interviews.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
