Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled UAE National Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be experienced in recruitment and have a strong understanding of the UAE job market, with the ability to source and engage the best candidates for various roles within our brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a variety of positions within the company.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and recruitment trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
