• Write and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company websites, ensuring they reflect required qualifications and responsibilities.
• Actively search for candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals, building a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct first-round assessments, and use behavioral and situational interview techniques to evaluate candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with recommendations and assist in making final decisions on candidate selection.
• Conduct reference and background checks to verify employment history and ensure candidates meet company standards.
• Extend job offers, handle salary and benefits negotiations, and ensure candidates understand the terms of employment.
• Collaborate with HR and departments for smooth onboarding, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
• Track recruitment metrics, stay updated on trends, provide feedback for process improvement, and assist with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously, Good in academic.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
