Job Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience

Must be familiar with various job interview formats including phone screenings and group interviews
Must be able to help the company recruit faster and more effectively
Ability to source candidates online, update job ads and carry out background checks on them
Should be able to handle data with confidentiality
