Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Asyan Properties in Dubai . The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent in the real estate industry. Day-to-day tasks include candidate screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and promoting a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years Real Estate Experience

• Female applicant (preferred)

• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition skills

• Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessment

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

What we Offer:

• Salary Range from 8,000 AED to 10,000 AED (based on experience)
