Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the chemical industry.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry-specific resources.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
• Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions in the chemical industry.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
