Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

HR Recruiter

to manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Sourcing & Screening:

Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide feedback.

Employer Branding:

Build and maintain a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates.

Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Offer Negotiation:

Facilitate job offers, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Market Research:

Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

.

Proven experience

as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and HR software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for sales executives, managers, accountants, creative people Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals. Strong networking abilities and candidate engagement skills.
