Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Leisure & Entertainment industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled recruiter to bring their expertise in high-volume hiring, candidate sourcing, and employer branding to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this 6-month contract role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring we attract and hire the very best talent to support our vision and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to onboarding, within the immersive experiences sector. Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of team needs and create targeted recruitment strategies. Manage a high-volume recruitment workload, ensuring roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner without compromising on quality. Utilize

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

to track candidates, streamline workflows, and manage recruitment data effectively. Recommend employer branding stratgies, working to build and promote a strong employer value proposition to attract top talent in a competitive market. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers. Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies as needed to fulfill hiring needs.

Key Requirements:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring. Extensive experience with

ATS

systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain data accuracy. Demonstrated expertise in

employer branding

, with the ability to communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top-tier candidates. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to adapt strategies to a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results. Prior experience working closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and achieve team hiring goals.
