Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Human Resources:
• Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
• Manage employee records, maintaining accurate and confidential information.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other perks.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and disciplinary actions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Recruiter or HR Specialist, preferably in the UAE with Construction or Logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Fluency in English
• Arabic Language is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with recruitment agencies and headhunting.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
