As a HR Recruiter you'll work closely with our HR Executive and leadership team to scale our workforce effectively. You'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, employee retention initiatives, and strategic talent management to ensure our clinics are staffed with top talent who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet clinic staffing needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast recruitment requirements and develop hiring plans.
• Manage and optimize the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Analyze employee turnover trends and design retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws in all HR processes.
• Partner with the HR Executive to address recruitment gaps, training needs, and employee performance issues.
• Regularly assess and improve recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce planning, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
• Proven track record of hiring and retaining high-performing talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to measure recruitment and HR success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
