Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, professional networks, etc.
• Maintain and update a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer and interpret pre-employment assessments as needed.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring departments.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to the reporting superior.
• Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
• Conduct post-hire check-ins to address any concerns and ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a Fashion Retail industry.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
