• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
• Recommend ways to improve the company's recruitment strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
