We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other resources to source candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates as needed
• Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Teams, in-person)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
