• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team on other projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
• Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
