- At least 2-5 years of experience in managing employee relations issues
- Must be able to work across teams and individuals in a collaborative manner
- Must be analytical with good problem solving kills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Good knowledge and experience of the UAE employment law
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
