We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator with at least One years of experience in HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring employees, implementing company policies, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Implement and communicate company policies and procedures to all employees.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support training and development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of One years of experience in HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
