Seeking a HR Project Specialist for new role within a university where you will work with the senior business stakeholders on a range of HR projects, in areas such as OD, HR Policy, Surveys, HR Analysis.Responsibilities
Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to determine project goals and requirements.
Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
Managing project resources and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders and upper management
Managing project risks and identifying potential roadblocks
Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
Coordinating with various HR teams to ensure project success
Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback to team members
Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
You will need to hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field and ideally a Master\'s degree or professional HR certification like CIPD, SHRM-CP
You will have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Project management, as you will be responsible for coordinating HR projects from start to finish
Working in HR administration or related field for at least 5 years
Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and analyzing data is also beneficial
