- Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with HR team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
