For further process\xe2\x9e\xa2 Processing monthly salary payments of C3 card holders through C3 Edenred Payroll Portal.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparing and posting accurate Journal Entries of Payroll transactions in the SAP system.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Exit Process Management of entire group employees.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Generating Annual Provision for Gratuity, Leave and Air passage for the Group.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Advise employees on the company\'s HR policies, processes & procedures;\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure timely processing of leave requests, air ticket requests etc through SAP HRMS.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Integration of ESS portal with Mainstream SAP module for processing all related transactions for the automation of HR Processes.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Responsible for MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Generate and review monthly costing report to ensure employees\xe2\x80\x99 costs are allocated in the right cost centres.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Calculate and process final settlement and ensure exit clearance requirements are completed.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Handling Ad-hoc human resources projects of employee relations and analytics.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Processing pension payment in coordination with finance for GPSSA.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Responsible to answer the Payroll queries/reports from Internal Audits and External Audits for Audit Compliance.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Monthly WPS status reconciliation in coordination with PR Team to avoid blockage of Labor File.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Working continuously for the troubleshoot & enhancement of SAP Database & reports based on company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
