We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Personal Assistant.As a Human Resources and Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and providing administrative support.Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Support
Assist with recruiting, screening, and onboarding new staff.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits.
Support performance management processes, including coordinating reviews and tracking goals.
Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution as needed.
Ensure HR policies and labor laws are adhered to and keep up-to-date with any changes.
2. Payroll and Administration
Coordinate payroll processes and liaise with payroll providers.
Process employee leaves, timesheets, and expense claims.
Manage employee benefits, insurance enrollments, and renewals.
3. Personal Assistant to Management
Provide personal administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
4. Compliance and Documentation
Maintain and organize employee files in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Handle medical licensing and other compliance requirements for medical staff.
Prepare and file HR-related documentation and assist with audit preparations.
5. Employee Engagement and Development
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Assist with training and development initiatives for staff.
Promote a positive work environment and support culture-building activities.
6. General Office Support
Manage office supplies, handle office-related vendors, and oversee office cleanliness.
Support with organizing events and coordinating team functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, ideally within the healthcare or medical field.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of medical licensing and compliance requirements in the UAE is a plus.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities.
