We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR personnel to join our Employee of Record (EOR) business team (Abu Dhabi). The HR Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our EOR business operates smoothly by providing comprehensive HR support to both clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related agreements. Compliance Monitoring : Ensure all contracts comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Employee Relations:
• Handle employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into HR-related issues and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Legal Support:
• Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist clients in navigating complex HR compliance issues, including wage and hour laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
• Work closely with legal counsel to address any legal concerns related to HR matters.
HR Administration:
• Oversee the administration of HR processes such as payroll, benefits enrollment, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HRIS systems and maintain employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our EOR business.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
