Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations and HR Manager to oversee HR operations, coordinate business setup processes, handle government-related transactions, and drive business development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of building and motivating a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Management :

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Foster a positive work culture and organize team-building activities.

Operations Management :

• Coordinate business setup services, including company registration and licensing.
• Oversee visa processing, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage government-related transactions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Business Development :

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Marketing and Team Building :

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote services.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, operations, or a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, business setup procedures, and government processes.
• Proven ability to meet business development and marketing objectives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
