Job Description
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to HR, as well as providing support to the HR team and employees.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is a plus
