to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes across employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in UAE Labor Law, HR systems, and have experience with key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including regular salary payments, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, such as medical insurance, housing, transportation allowances, and other company-specific benefits.
Monitor and handle leave requests (annual, sick, etc.), ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labor Law.
HR Compliance & UAE Labor Law:
Ensure compliance with all UAE Labor Law regulations, including timely processing of work permits, residency visas, labor cards, and other legal documentation.
Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations, and ensure company policies reflect these updates.
Liaise with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) and other government bodies for necessary HR-related documentation and reporting.
Employee Relations & Support:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and other HR processes.
Manage and resolve employee concerns and conflicts effectively, ensuring positive employee relations and a harmonious work environment.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
HR Systems & Reporting:
Manage HR systems (HRMS) to track and maintain employee data, including attendance, leave, performance records, and payroll information.
Generate regular HR reports, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction reports, to support decision-making.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within HR operations.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR files, handling employee requests, and drafting HR-related documents (e.g., offer letters, certificates).
Coordinate with various departments to ensure HR processes are streamlined and efficient across the organization.
Process and track employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
Maintain an updated list of all visa expiration dates and ensure timely renewal processes.
Coordinate with PRO team and relevant authorities for any labor law issues related to employee visa status and compliance.
Act as the liaison between employees and government departments, ensuring employees' visa-related queries are handled promptly and professionally.
Assist employees with government-related documents, including passport renewals, labor cards, and visa-related queries.
Handle issues related to work permits, residency status, and ensure employees' legal compliance with labor laws.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations and Payroll or a similar role, with hands-on experience in HR administration, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Familiarity with HRMS software and payroll systems.
