Job Summary:
The HR Operations Associate will support the HR department in executing and streamlining HR policies, processes, and functions.
This role focuses on handling employee data, managing HR documentation, supporting payroll processing, and contributing to efficient HR services.
The ideal candidate in the role needs to have strong ownership ,Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
We looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Data Management:
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee transfers, updating records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage and process employee paperwork, including contracts,medical insurance etc
• Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions, system setup, and document collection.
• Coordinate offboarding tasks, including exit interviews, asset retrieval, and final payroll processing.
• Support the ongoing improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
• Employee Support and Engagement:
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, addressing employee questions and directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Participate in organizing HR events and initiatives, including training sessions, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
• HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and UAE labor law.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
