Job description
Roles in this Job Family are engaged in a broad scope of Human Resource activities, supporting employees, contractors and managers (up to Board level), across all lines of business within EMEA.
Works undertaken as part of this Job Family may include (but are not limited to) the provision of administrative support, provision of specialist advice, data and information management, project management, the development & implementation of systems and the development &implementation of policy & process.
All roles require an understanding of core Human Resources process & procedure; with Senior Roles requiring professional or vocational qualification, managerial experience and a proven ability to make a substantial impact on the running and resources of a Human Resources Department.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, META; as HR Operations Advisor, META you will provide comprehensive HR support to the organization, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and aligning HR strategies with Business objectives. This role involves advising on HR policies, and procedures, managing employee relations, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Employee Relations:
• Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR related inquiries.
• Providing advice and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Conducting investigations and assist in resolving employee complaints and issues.
• Preparing exit documents and warnings
HR Policies & Procedures
• Advising on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Administration
• Creation of employee personnel files as new hires join the business
• Filing of all employees related documentation within employee personnel files
• Archiving personnel files as employees exit the business
• Responding to all reference requests received from employees and external third parties, in a timely manner
• Drafting of Offer Letters & Contracts or Employment
• Issuing 'New Starter Packs'
• Drafting of ad-hoc correspondence as requested by members of the Human Resources Team
• Support the Visa Process for Employees within MENA ensuring that all relevant Visa applications are made in a timely manner, and further ensuring that all Visa's remain valid for the duration of an employee's employment with the Company
• Support the Company's recruitment administration needs within META.
Generalist Human Resources
• Responding to generalist queries within skill-set and escalating queries where relevant to the Human Resources Business Partner, META where necessary
• Invoice administration relating to HR related activity (e.g. Legal Invoices, Benefits Invoices etc.)
• Providing administrative support to the New Starter Induction Process, for all new hires across META
Payroll & Benefits
• Supporting the Human Resources Business Partner, META and EMEA payroll Team with the collation of relevant Payroll data on a monthly basis.
• Preparing DEWS monthly contributions sheet and upload to portal
• Managing Medical & Life Insurance enrolments and removals
• Supporting the Human Resources Business Partner, META and EMEA Payroll Team with any administrative tasks related to the monthly Payroll processing schedule.
• Support the Human Resources Business Partner, META and EMEA Payroll Team to ensure all new starters are added to, and leavers are removed from, relevant company benefit schemes.
The HR Operations Advisor, META will also be required to undertake any other tasks which the Company deems to be reasonable and within the competency and skill-set of the role.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications & Education
• Educated to degree level or above
Knowledge, Training & Experience
• Proven experience in a generalist Human Resources/administrative role
• Knowledge of labour laws within META
Skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
