We are looking for a detail-oriented HR and Accountant to manage human resources functions while also overseeing financial processes. This dual role involves supporting employee relations, payroll, and accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Human Resources:•
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Manage employee performance and disciplinary.
•Accounting:•
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Business succession planning.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR and accounting roles.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of labor laws and accounting regulations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
