Job Description
Plan and manage a recruitment strategy
Manage training and development initiatives
Track employee performance
Manage and improve employee- employer communication
Manage company culture Create a safe, inclusive workplace
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS or similar software experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
• HR manager in UAE: 3 years (Required)
