Recruitment: Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake meeting with hiring managers, defining sourcing strategy, job advertisement publication, talent sourcing to interview management and initiating onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and accurate communication to candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process as needed
HR administrative support: you will be responsible for all administrative elements and personnel files, ensuring that they are complete and up to date (employment contract, amendment, job description, etc.). Where necessary, you will be responsible for updating job descriptions in line with the Group\'s employment guidelines.
Group HR projects and processes: Working with the International HR team based at the Group\'s head office in Marseille, you will roll out the Group\'s HR processes in the branches and propose areas for improvement in all HR processes: performance assessment campaign, training management, talent identification, succession planning.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
You have a Master\'s degree specialising in HR and at least 2 years\' experience in recruitment or general HR function.
You will have had initial exposure to an international, multicultural and demanding environment.
You are fluent in English.
You have the ability to manage structuring projects (workforce planning, organisational design, etc.).
Your interpersonal skills, writing skills and fluency will enable you to perform well in this role.
You will be able to react quickly, take the initiative and have good analytical skills.
