QUALIFICATIONS: · Female; Bahraini national · Bachelor in Accounting · With excellent communication (ENGLISH & ARABIC) and organization skills · Experienced in payroll system · MS Office proficient With experience with GOSI, LMRA transactions MUST be excellent knowledge with Labour Law ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensure that all objectives mutually agreed upon and approved by the Management/ Head of Department are attained on time according to the Action Plan for the Year. · Ensure that all rules and procedures are complied with by all the departments as per Bahrain Labor law · Liaise with the statutory authorities in respect of employees issues. · Assist HOD in solving Personnel/ HR related issues in the department/ company. · To prepare offer letter for selected candidates as per instruction of HOD/Management. · Maintain a daily attendance records and assure complete and updated records for all the employees on their files as well as on the computer system. · Prepare payroll, ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary payout. · Attend to employee's benefits, compensation and employee relations/ grievance concerns and solve the same in a timely manner.
