Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective orientation.

Employee Relations:

Provide support and advice to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, workplace policies, and employee performance.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and personal details. Ensure that all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

Payroll and Benefits:

Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance and overtime data. Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

HR Reporting:

Generate regular HR reports and metrics for management, providing insights into recruitment, turnover, employee satisfaction, and other HR-related activities.

Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Officer, or similar HR role (5-7 years). Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Strong knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:*
Driving license Required. Immediate Joinee
