Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. \xc2\xb7 Broad knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team. \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in computer usage and HR management software.
